My Approach
I offer a wholistic and personal approach to parenting, providing education and assistance with baby and toddler sleep, ensuring they are feeding/eating well, as well as providing a non-judgemental ear to listen and an understanding shoulder to cry on.
Before we begin, I undertake a comprehensive intake questionnaire covering your child’s history, sleep environment, feeding, nap and bedtime schedule, as well as your parenting style, family dynamics and daily/weekly commitments. From this, I develop a detailed Sleep Assessment and Sleep Plan specifically for your child, in line with your parenting philosophy.
We then go over these together to answer any questions you may have, followed by ongoing real time support every day as we implement your plan. I do this using a live app where I guide you throughout the day, plus daily phone calls and texts, allowing you to feel confident and supported until your child is sleeping through the night.
